Do you provide mobile notary services in Logan and Cache Valley, Utah?
Yes. Echols Notary provides professional mobile notary services throughout Logan, North Logan, Providence, Smithfield, Hyde Park, Hyrum, Wellsville, Richmond, and surrounding Cache Valley communities.
I travel to homes, businesses, hospitals, senior living communities, and other agreed-upon locations, making it convenient to have important documents notarized without having to travel to a notary office.
Mobile appointments are available by appointment, including early morning, evening, and weekend appointments when available. Call or text for availability and a quote.

How much does a notary cost in Utah?
Echols Notary charges $10 per signature for acknowledgments, jurats, and signature witnessing, in accordance with Utah notary law. Certified copies are $10 per page certified.
Mobile appointments include an additional service charge based on factors such as location, distance, scheduling, and appointment requirements. Additional charges may apply for early morning, evening, weekend, rush, last-minute, printing, or other requested services.
All applicable fees are quoted and agreed upon before your appointment, so you will know the cost in advance.

What identification do I need to have a document notarized in Utah?
Signers should have acceptable identification available at the appointment. Echols Notary generally requests a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state identification card, or passport.
If you do not have standard photo identification, contact me before your appointment. Utah law provides additional methods of establishing a signer's identity in certain circumstances, and I can let you know what identification options may be available for the notarization.

Can you notarize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives?
Yes. I regularly provide mobile notarization for estate planning documents, including trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, affidavits, deeds, and other documents commonly included in estate planning packages.
Appointments can take place at your home, an attorney's office, a hospital, a senior living community, or another agreed-upon location throughout Cache Valley.
As a Utah Notary Public, I verify identity, complete the appropriate notarial act, and help ensure the notarization is completed properly. I cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, interpret their contents, or choose a notarial act for you.

Do you provide hospital and senior living notary services?
Yes. Echols Notary provides mobile notary services for hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, and private residences throughout Cache Valley.
Common requests include powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, estate planning documents, affidavits, and other documents requiring notarization.
The signer must be willing and able to communicate with the notary and meet the requirements for the requested notarization. Because hospital and senior appointments can have unique circumstances, please call or text ahead so we can discuss the appointment and what will be needed.

Do you provide loan signing and real estate notary services?
Yes. I am an NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent and am FNTG Approved. I provide professional loan signing services for refinance, purchase, seller, and other real estate transactions throughout Cache Valley and surrounding areas.
I am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and mobile scanner for assignments requiring mixed letter and legal-size documents or scanbacks. I work carefully to ensure documents are signed, dated, notarized, scanned, and returned according to title, lender, and signing service instructions.
